If you’re having a hard time relaxing… it’s because you’re doing it wrong. Plain and simple. Being relaxed is the easiest thing in the world. That’s the whole point. Using the body properly is the easiest thing… that’s what makes it proper use. It’s harder to be hunched over and in pain and holding your breath all the time. It’s easier to relax. It’s hard to be stressed, it’s easy to be relaxed. Internalize that and drop your attitude and preconceived wrong notions about what change is like or what “reality is” because the truth is that it’s the easiest thing in the world to be relaxed and move properly…
